How is Tailoringly different from a standard management consultant?
We don't produce reports and leave. Every engagement ends with implemented changes, trained staff, and documented SOPs your team can run independently.
What size businesses do you work with?
We work with SME apparel and textile manufacturers operating in Indonesia — typically 50 to 500 employees. This includes Indonesian-owned businesses and foreign-owned or expat-led operations with a head office overseas and production based in Indonesia. If your manufacturing operations are on the ground in Indonesia, we can work with you.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. A focused production restructuring typically takes 8–12 weeks. A full supply chain overhaul or Cin7 implementation runs 3–6 months. We scope everything upfront.
Do we need to have everything figured out before contacting you?
